AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Enzyme Coil Cleaner
The Aeris Coil Cleaning product is designed for large commercial and industrial air handling installations and is also part of the “Total Air Care Pack” for smaller systems including homes. The products are applied to cooling and heating coils on site as part of mechanical maintenance. The AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Coil Cleaner removes any existing bacteria or fungi, ensuring a clean surface for the application of the treatment. The enzyme targets biofilm and deconstructs the bonds allowing the biofilm to be gently washed away. The cleaning treatment is pH neutral and has no detrimental effect on the heat exchange surface.

AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Coil Treatment
The Aeris coil treatment is applied to cooling and heating coils after they have been cleaned and existing biofilm removed.

The treatment leaves a microscopically thin coating on the coil surface. The product is formulated to release a small amount of the active biocide over a period of at least 12 months. The residual activity protects the coil from organic build-up.

An Aeris coil treatment may also be applied to coils at the point of manufacture. Treatment applied at the point of manufacture results in significantly longer residual biocidal activity.

AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Filter Treatment
The AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Filter Treatment is applied to air filters at the time of installation (or on site during the filter’s “working life”). The filter treatment is based on a patented technology that ensures a slow migration of a combination of active compounds into the dust particles trapped within the filter.

Dust particles provide a source of nutrients for fungi, which very rapidly colonise untreated air filters. Towards the end of its working life a typical filter is highly contaminated.

Aside from the potential human health consequences, it is largely the proliferation of the fungal “root system” that ultimately leads to the filter becoming blocked. Application of the AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Filter Treatment retards this fungal growth, thereby extending the filter life, improving the filter’s dust retention, reducing energy consumption and helping to improve the quality of the building’s indoor air.

The AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Surface and Duct Cleaner is an industrial strength detergent specifically designed for cleaning surfaces within the air conditioning system. The product gives off minimal fumes and smell making it ideal for applications in air conditioning systems.

AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Surface and Duct Treatment
AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Surface and Duct Treatment provides a final step in air handling decontamination. Following physical duct and surface cleaning, the treatment is directly applied to internal surfaces or can be fogged through the system to ensure total coverage.

The product leaves a residual coating which will help to inhibit future contamination of the treated surfaces.

AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Surface and Duct Sealant is formulated for long term residual activity, with no loss of properties on aging. It is formulated to prevent all contamination on its surface. It provides a robust, elastic, smooth finish that allows for movement without splitting. The sealant is designed specifically for duct lining and to prevent costly repairs.

AerisGuard™ Bio-Active Condensate Pan Tablets
The Aeris-Guard™ Bio-Active Condensate Pan Tablet is an advanced multifunctional composition containing specially selected enzymes and biocides. The tablet eliminates contamination formation in drain pans and drain lines reducing the risk of blockage and condensate overflow. The tablets dissolve slowly over several months dependent on condensate levels within the system.
